Group Workshops

In the workshops I facilitate, we address the pervasive burnout culture prevalent in the humanitarian, and more broadly, social change sector.

Having worked in this sector I understand the urgency of your work and the toll it can take. My workshops prioritise self-care and collective wellbeing, providing tools and practices to foster open conversations and build trust and belonging.

Unlike quick fixes, my approach delves into the root causes of overwork, overwhelm and isolation, enabling participants to commit to healthier work routines that benefit everyone.

Choose From These Three Core Workshops:

The Vulnerable Humanitarian Leadership Course

Let me take you on an immersive 8-week journey designed specifically for managers and leaders seeking to embody feminist values and prioritise care and belonging in the workplace.

What To Expect

In this course, we delve deep into the core ideas and recommendations from The Vulnerable Humanitarian and other relevant literature on ending burnout culture.

Through a series of four two-hour sessions held biweekly, participants explore practical strategies for creating environments where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported. From overcoming perfectionism to fostering inclusivity and equity in reward and wellbeing mechanisms, each session equips leaders with tools to cultivate cohesion and connection within their teams.

Participants will receive a customised workbook as well as regular email check-ins to support their integration of learnings between sessions.
