Group Workshops

In the workshops I facilitate, we address the pervasive burnout culture prevalent in the humanitarian, and more broadly, social change sector.

Having worked in this sector I understand the urgency of your work and the toll it can take. My workshops prioritise self-care and collective wellbeing, providing tools and practices to foster open conversations and build trust and belonging.

Unlike quick fixes, my approach delves into the root causes of overwork, overwhelm and isolation, enabling participants to commit to healthier work routines that benefit everyone.
